How to order?

  • Currently we do not accept online payments. However, ordering online is easy at suranidesignerwear.com!  Just follow these step-by-step instructions to learn how to order with us!

  • Find the designer wear you wish to buy by browsing through our categories.  When you see an item you like, simply click on the picture or product name and you'll be taken to a page with a larger picture and description of the product.
  • At this page, you can either begin the order process by adding the item to Query Bag by clicking on Add to query button At this moment just choose the quantity you'd like to buy and click the add to query button.  That's it!  Continue browsing on our collection until you're ready send purchase inquiry.
  • You can view the items in your bag at any time by clicking on View Query Bag VIEW QUERY BAG button in the top-most right area of web site.  When you're done shopping, simply click the checkout button at the top of the screen. 
  • You will be taken to a page showing the current contents of your Query Bag.  From here, you must choose to either continue browsing, or continue to SEND INQURIY.
  • You'll be asked to enter your basic contact information. All of this information is stored on our secure server in order to assist you when shopping with us in the future.
  • Our payment methods are internet bank transfer, cheque or demand draft. We will let you know payment method after your order is confirmed (measurements, delivery address).
  • After you SEND INQUIRY, you will receive a confirmation email from our system.

  • Subject to availability we can customize make according to your specific requirements. At any point while viewing a specific item you can click the button "ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THIS ITEM", in the form give us your detailed requirements with your name and email to reach you.
    Size customization can be done at no cost. Please note that actual price of customized item could vary based on type of customization required. For example, amount of embroidery handwork design.

Do you have a catalog?

    Will you size the piece I'm interested in and how long does it take for you to size my item?

  • We will size the designer wear you're interested in to your specifications.  If you're unsure of your exact size, please see our measurement guide page to help determine  size.  Please allow us 10 business days to size your item.

    When will you ship my order?


  • Your receive your item with in 15 to 20 days after confirming order. We begin processing your order right after confirmed payment, sizing  requirements, and other custom requirement to be incorporated. Mean while we will keep you informed about the progress and once order is shipped we will intimate you with the tracking no.
